Mr. Kenneth John Li is an experienced Town Planner/Urban Designer who has worked in both the public and private sectors of the development field for over 37 years. Kenneth has previously held senior positions in the public sector with vast urban renewal and redevelopment experience. He also has conservation qualifications and experience in building conservation and adaptive reuse of conserved shophouses in Hong Kong. 
 
   Kenneth possesses good interpersonal skills coupled with astute strategic awareness. He is conversant with the property scene in Hong Kong with a wide network of contacts in property and development fields.  He has been involved in many projects in Hong Kong, Macau and UK such as statutory submissions; large and small scale feasibility studies; project coordination and consultant management.
