Feasibility study and planning advisory for redeveloping an existing 3 to 4 storeys pre-war building at Ki Lung Street for hotel use. The proposed site falls within a "Residential (Group A)" zone on the Draft Mong Kok Outline Zoning Plan No. S/K3/30, where 'Hotel' use may be permitted with or without conditions on application to the Town Planning Board.
