KJL has been commissioned to provide initial advice on the development options on the proposed conservation and adaptive re-use of the existing Grade 2 historic building and to prepare and submit a planning application to the Town Planning Board for proposed development and conservation and adaptive re-use option. The planning application would be forwarded to the Town Planning Board, pending the progress of negotiation with the Development Bureau and relevant Government Departments on the extent of bonus plot ratio.
