KJL is the sub-consultant of the leading consultant, AD&RG, to prepare and submit section 16 planning application in support of the proposed university's student residences at Wong Chuk Hang with minor relaxation of building height restriction. The site falls within "Government, Institution or Community" Zone and "Green Belt" Zone at Police School Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong. The Town Planning Board approved the application (No.A/H15/268) with conditions in November 2018.
