The proposed residential development is located at a site zoned "Village Type Development" ("V") zone. The client intended to facilitate the conversion of the ground floor of the residential building into 'Eating Place' use. Accordingly, KJL was commissioned to prepare and submit a section 16 planning application for permission for the proposed 'Eating Place' service. The Town Planning Board approved the application with conditions in December 2015.
