Status: Approved by Town Planning Board in December 2020

KJL is the planning sub-consultant to the leading consultant P&T Group, commissioned by the Hospital Authority to prepare the planning application for minor relaxation of the maximum permitted building height imposed on the "GIC" site to maximise the development potential to increase the total supply of hospital beds and rehabilitation facilities. As a result, the Town Planning Board approved the application (No. A/KC/470) in December 2020. In addition, KJL has been helping with any planning related issues at the project's detailed design and implementation stages.
