Mina is a Full Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Planners with over 20 years of experience in both the public sector and private sector. She has solid experience in undertaking rezoning applications, S.16 applications, visual impact assessments, discharge of planning approval conditions and feasibility studies.  Mina possessed strong project management skill and experience in liaising with developers, Government Departments and consultants of various discipline.
