Philip Lo is a Town Planner with over 30 years of experience. In his capacity as Planning Officer and Project Manager in housing projects during his service in the Housing Department in the HKSAR Government, he has also represented the Department in various planning related works for the HKSAR Government.

 

To perform his duty, Philip has developed skills in coordination amongst various in-house professionals, external consultants, government departments, and public consultation. His most notable achievements were the planning awards given by the Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP) to his project teams for the redevelopment of the Upper and Lower Ngau Tau Kok Estates, and the Redevelopment of the Sau Mau Ping Estate. He was also a committee member of the ACABAS from 2010 to 2012.
